Job Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create and curate high-quality, visually appealing content that showcases our furniture products, customer stories, and brand values.
- Communicating with followers, responding to queries, and monitoring customer reviews and feedback (CRM).
- Overseeing social media accounts’ design, such as profile pictures, cover photos, and bio sections.
- Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitors to keep our content fresh and innovative.
- Analyse social media performance and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align campaigns with product launches and seasonal promotions.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media tools, trends, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
