Overview Of Position
The General Manager shall be responsible for providing strategic leadership, overseeing the day-to-day administration and operations of the organization in accordance with the regulatory standards of the industry and the organization’s goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the CEO’s organizational strategies.
- Develop and execute business proposals to promote the organization’s growth, sustainability and operational excellence.
- Lead and supervise the diverse teams within the organization to ensure optimal service delivery and organizational performance.
- Serve as an excellent Liaison between the CEO, Staff, Clients and other relevant stakeholders of the organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders to the organization, including regulatory authorities, healthcare institutions, suppliers and community partners.
Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications & Experience
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related. A master’s degree in a relevant discipline will be an added advantage.
- A minimum of three (3) years’ progressive leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement and team leadership
- Excellent communication, analytical, computer and interpersonal skills.
