A reputable Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Service company engaged in community/retail pharmacy and healthcare services is seeking to recruit a suitably qualified, experienced, visionary, innovative and creative professional to fill the position of General Manager.

Overview Of Position

The General Manager shall be responsible for providing strategic leadership, overseeing the day-to-day administration and operations of the organization in accordance with the regulatory standards of the industry and the organization’s goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the CEO’s organizational strategies.
  • Develop and execute business proposals to promote the organization’s growth, sustainability and operational excellence.
  • Lead and supervise the diverse teams within the organization to ensure optimal service delivery and organizational performance.
  • Serve as an excellent Liaison between the CEO, Staff, Clients and other relevant stakeholders of the organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders to the organization, including regulatory authorities, healthcare institutions, suppliers and community partners.

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications & Experience

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related. A master’s degree in a relevant discipline will be an added advantage.
  • A minimum of three (3) years’ progressive leadership experience
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement and team leadership 
  • Excellent communication, analytical, computer and interpersonal skills.
