We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our team in Accra, Ghana. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the company by managing accounting operations, financial reporting, audits, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and the ability to provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management:
- Prepare, examine, and analyze financial reports, statements, and records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure financial health.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and variance analysis.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
