Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver dynamic instruction in Cambridge IGCSE English Language and A-Level Literature.
- Develop engaging lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to a diverse range of students' needs and learning styles.
- Ensure comprehensive coverage of key syllabus areas.
- Develop students' critical analysis, academic writing, and creative expression.
- Prepare students thoroughly for Cambridge examinations through targeted practice and mock exams.
- Monitor individual progress and provide differentiatied support for diverse learners.
- Lead literary societies, writing workshops, and drama productions.
- Contribute to building a strong debating club that will develop students' public speaking abilities.
Required Skills or Experience
Qualification & Experience

- A Bachelor's/Master's Degree in English Literature, Linguistics, Education or related field.
- A postgraduate teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Prior experience teaching Cambridge/IB English curricula.
- Familiarity with the Cambridge curriculum and assessment procedures is a significant advantage.
- Experience using digital tools and platforms for teaching is desirable.
