Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver dynamic instruction in Cambridge Sociology syllabi.
- Develop engaging lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to a diverse range of students' needs and learning styles.
- Ensure comprehensive coverage of key syllabus areas.
- Develop critical understanding of social theories/research methods.
- Prepare students thoroughly for Cambridge examinations through targeted practice and mock exams.
- Monitor individual progress and provide differentiatied support for diverse learners.
- Organise fieldwork opportunities with local communities.
- Integrate current global social issues into curriculum.
Required Skills or Experience
Qualification & Experience

- A Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Sociology/Social Sciences or related field.
- A postgraduate teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Prior experience teaching Cambridge/IB Sociology curricula.
- Strong understanding of qualitative research methods.
- Familiarity with the Cambridge curriculum and assessment procedures is a significant advantage.
- Experience using digital tools and platforms for teaching is desirable.
