We, TIMBARRA Tavern are seeking an experienced and hospitality-driven manager to oversee the daily operations of a restaurant/ bar/ guest house located off the DPS road community 25, Tema.
The ideal candidate will:
- Ensure exceptional guest experience.
- Manage staff.
- Optimise revenue.
- Maintain the inn’s reputation for quality service.
- This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills and a passion for hospitality.

Qualification Required & Experience
- At least three (3) years of experience in hospitality management.
- Degree in hospitality management or related field
- Local area knowledge (Tourism,events)
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong multitasking and attention to detail.
Remuneration: Competitive/Profit sharing
