Responsibilities
- Managing incoming calls
- Identify and address customer inquiries
- Providing accurate information regarding products and services
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Recording and documenting interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system for follow-up and quality assurance purposes.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies of the company
- Setting up Client meeting with management team
Required Skills or Experience
Qualification
- A degree from a reputable university
- A degree in marketing or Communications will be an advantage
- 2 to 3 years professional experience is also needed.
- Applicants must have good interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be conversant with Microsoft 365
- Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and manage customer expectations effectively.
