Full Job Description - Read Carefully
We, Amanex Company Limited are a reputable Freezone Company in the production of plastic and household products seeking an experienced Lathe Machine Operator/Maintenance Technician to join our workshop team.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain lathe machines in the workshop
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on lathe machines and other workshop equipment
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth machine operation and minimize downtime
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce equipment failure
- Provide technical support and training to production staff as needed

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Lathe Machine Operator/Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or related industry
- Strong knowledge of lathe machines and other workshop equipment
- Experience with maintenance and repair of machines
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or Certification in Mechanical Engineering, Machining, or a related field
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
