Reload Freight Global is a fast-growing logistics and freight solutions company, providing top-tier services across the USA, Canada, and Mexico. With an expanding presence in Ghana, we are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Manager to oversee and optimize our office’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations for both hardware and software systems.

Key Responsibilities

Business Expansion & Strategy

  • Identify and execute new business opportunities in logistics, trade, financing, automotive, and other growth sectors.
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue, partnerships, and market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, government bodies, and industry partners.
  • Research and analyze market trends, competition, and opportunities to keep Reload ahead of the curve.

Project Execution & Operations

  • Lead high-priority business initiatives and ensure structured execution from start to finish.
  • Work with internal teams to optimize business operations, pricing models, and service offerings.
  • Oversee and manage strategic partnerships, negotiations, and contracts with clients and vendors.
  • Support expansion into new markets and industries where Reload can establish a strong presence.

Revenue & Sales Growth

  • Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to attract direct clients, investors, and business partners.
  • Set and achieve revenue targets across different business sectors.
  • Work closely with the sales team to refine lead generation, partnership acquisition, and market penetration.

Leadership & High-Level Decision Making

  • Provide executive reports, insights, and recommendations on business performance.
  • Work with top management to shape long-term growth strategies and investment plans.
  • Lead, mentor, and build a strong business development team in Ghana.

Required Skills or Experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven Track Record: Minimum 4+ years of experience in business development, strategy, or corporate sales.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of logistics, trade, automotive, real estate, and business structuring.
  • Execution Mindset: Not just a strategist—someone who can plan, execute, and deliver tangible results.
  • Sales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to close deals, engage high-level clients, and expand business opportunities.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinker: Can break down complex business challenges and develop solutions.
  • Strong Leadership Ability: Able to manage projects, lead teams, and drive execution efficiently.
  • Ghana Market Expertise: Understanding of the business landscape, regulatory framework, and key industries in Ghana.
