APPLICATION METHOD

YCI recognizes the unequal power dynamics inherent in international development work and our responsibility to protect the human rights of the communities we serve and provide an environment free of sexual exploitation and abuse.

Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) is everyone’s responsibility, and all employees are required to sign and adhere to the PSEA Policy and Code of Conduct, at all times.  All employees must ensure that they understand and act in accordance with this clause.

Please submit your CV and cover letter as a single PDF document, a maximum of 4 pages, saved in the following format: “First Name Last Name_Operations and Finance Manager Ghana”.
