We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role involves both office and fieldwork, requiring a versatile individual who can efficiently manage administrative tasks while supporting field operations.
Key Responsibilities
Office Duties:
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including handling correspondence, data entry, and document filing.
- Coordinate shipments, inventory records, and supplier communications.
- Assist in bookkeeping, invoice processing, and financial documentation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes as required.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders via email and phone.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth office operations.
