Babykaafo is a pioneering initiative dedicated to empowering mothers and caregivers by providing reliable, culturally relevant, and practical knowledge on pregnancy, motherhood, and childcare. Our projects and initiatives aim to support, train, and equip mothers to succeed at home while thriving in their professional lives.
We run various programs and projects, including community outreach, training workshops, mobile nursery services, and digital platforms, all aimed at strengthening families and supporting caregivers.
Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and highly organized Volunteer Project Lead to manage and oversee Babykaafo’s projects and initiatives. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and impact of our programs. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong coordination skills, a heart for mothers and families, and experience in project management or community development.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Management & Execution: Lead, plan, and oversee the implementation of Babykaafo’s various projects and initiatives.
- Strategic Planning: Develop strategies to improve the efficiency and impact of Babykaafo’s programs.
- Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with mothers, caregivers, partner organizations, and sponsors.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress, document key learnings, and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Fundraising & Resource Mobilization: Support fundraising efforts and identify resources needed for project sustainability.
