Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tire Sales Specialist located in Kumasi. The Tire Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing excellent customer service, and driving tire sales to meet set targets. Daily tasks include managing customer inquiries, offering product recommendations, maintaining product knowledge, and working closely with the sales team to optimize sales strategies. Training customers and team members about tire specifications and ensuring customer satisfaction are key components of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Must have experience in tire sales or the automotive industry
- Ability and experience in Training team members or customers
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
