Responsibilities
- Track and analyse production data( egg production, growth rates, etc.)
- Supervise and motivate farm staff, ensuring their training and performing their duties effectively.
- Manage feed and other supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Identify and address problems promptly and effectively, using strong problem-solving skills.
