- 3 years’ relevant HR experience in HR practice.
Professional/Technical competencies:
- Survey Administration
- Stakeholder Management
- Survey Reporting
- Ability to interpret company policies and practices.
- Interpersonal relations
- Communication and reporting skills
- Attention to details.
- Analytical abilities
- Organization and planning
- Influencing and Persuasion skills
- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and PowerBi
Physical Skills/ Competencies:
- Manages self and be a team player, good conflict management, takes and manages accountability.
- Energy & Drive – Innovative, takes initiative, result oriented and develops self consistently.
