We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact, ensuring that our CEO's day-to-day operations run seamlessly. You will manage schedules, facilitate communications, and support key projects that drive our organization's success. Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar & Schedule Management: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring optimal time management and seamless transitions.
- Communication & Correspondence: Draft, edit, and manage emails, reports, presentations, and other documentation. Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for business trips.
- Meeting Support: Organize and prepare materials for board meetings and executive sessions, including agendas and minutes.
- Administrative Support: Manage confidential information, oversee data entry, filing, and general office management tasks as needed.
- Project Assistance: Support special projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and information is accurately communicated.
