Neizer Prime Ltd., a consumer goods, personal care and services company located at Sowutuom – Accra seeks a dedicated and business-focused member as a Graphic Designer to head our Design team. Applicant must be between the ages of 22- 30 years old.
About the Role
The Graphic Designer will report to the Head of Operations/ CEO and will oversee all aspects of Graphics Designing. The Graphic Designer’s tasks involve taking written or spoken ideas and converting them into a design that connects through a thorough understanding of branding and marketing and being able to find the right style and layout for every project.

Key Responsibilities
- Working on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals
- Obtaining input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately
- Working independently as well as cooperatively with marketing team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload
- Examining existing processes, identifying flaws, and creating solutions that improve design capabilities
- Updating and maintaining internal databases for designs, photography, and video
- Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials
- Developing concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of colour, text, font style, imagery, and layout
- Managing the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management system
- Using trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific classifications
Required Skills or Experience
- A relevant degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline
- Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of WordPress and content management systems
- Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software
- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
- Two or more years of experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop,
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual and reliable
- High integrity
- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail

Salary: GHS 1200 - 1800
