About The Team

Purpose of Role

Implement Diageo non-negotiable security standards (people security, travel security, physical security, situational awareness, event security, investigations, risks assessment and brand protection as defined in the global security policy.

  • Provide total security solution for the Kaasi sites.
  • Report to the Head of Security on all security matters affecting employees, the site and, sales team in the market
  • Share intelligent information with the Head of security to advise the business on security threats/risks to people and assets security
  • Risk assesses all event grounds and recommend the needed security requirement and precaution.

Qualifications And Experience Required

  • A degree or equivalent experience in Security Risk Management
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in a subject area that is related to the role will be accepted (e.g. Law, Security and Justice Administration etc).

  • Proven experience in the Police Service, armed Forces (Must have attained the rank of ASP or Major in the Army or 10 years security management experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Knowledge of interaction between the company and law enforcement agencies in kidnap/extortion and crisis management cases. At least 2 in a commercial industry.
  • Experience of dealing with Line and Senior Managers.
  • Must have some knowledge in electronic surveillance systems and policies
  • Mobile and available to respond to crisis situations.
