A multi-product Marketing company with a head office in Accra and a number of branches in some of the regions in Ghana, and a member of a West African conglomerate is looking to engage resourceful persons for different units of its operation.
Responsibilities of a Paint Mixer:
- Mix automotive paint according to customers' specifications and formulas. Have excellent knowledge in measuring and combining different paint pigments, binders, and additives to achieve the desired color and consistency.
- Keep track of inventory and order new paint as needed.
- Perform routine checks on paint mixtures to ensure quality control.
- Must have an eye for color accuracy, be physically fit for the job and possess good manual dexterity.
- Have the habit of cleaning and maintaining assigned work equipment

Required Skills or Experience
- Minimum of 2 years in the same role as a paint mixer
- Minimum certificate should be NVTI or HND (High School certificate with many years of experience can be considered).
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Familiarity with safety procedures and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
- Must be resident in Greater Accra Region.
- Knowledge of both hand mixing and machine mixing is an added advantage.
