Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounting Intern to join our finance team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting within a dynamic, tech-driven environment. The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day financial operations and contribute to the overall financial health of our organization.

Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping & Data Entry: Record financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Invoice Processing: Support the management of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices.
- Budget Assistance: Help with budgeting processes, including tracking expenditures and variance analysis.
- Audit Preparation: Assist in gathering documentation and preparing schedules for internal and external audits.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for streamlining accounting procedures.
- General Support: Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.
Required Skills or Experience
- Preferably, a female who recently completed their National Service having pursued Accounting / Finance.
- A year experience in the accounting field
- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with basic accounting software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
