A reputable communications and advertising company in Ghana is seeking to employ talented persons for the following vacancy: Creative Strategist and Business Developer
Purpose of the Job
The purpose of this role will be to manage a number of clients’ social media profiles and execute their marketing strategies.
You will be responsible for driving business growth within the company: to develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue in line with projected income and business objectives

Key responsibilities and duties
- Implement social media strategies for multiple companies, build brand awareness, generate inbound traffic and product adoption
- Creating social media content strategy, research trends and audiences meets clients standards
- Identifying and engaging influencers, developing and delivering social media optimization
- Stay current with social media trends and best practices
- Research opportunities for new social marketing platforms and select adapt current process to fill client needs
- Develop and maintain blogs, video feeds, trending social networking sites resource centers
Qualification Required & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Communication and/ or Marketing, Risk and Strategy, journalism, computer science, social sciences or another related field
- MBA in Marketing will be a plus
- 5 years post qualification experience, 3 years of which should be in a senior management position with a reputable advertising agency
- Must possess strong aptitude for and interest in public and leadership skills
- Strong project management or organizational skills
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, SEO (search engine optimization) and affiliate marketing and their respective participants (facebook, YouTube, twitter, flickr etc) and how they can be deployed
- Good communicator, team player and ability to build and maintain client relationships
