What can you expect from us?
You will be part of a unique company in an exciting moment, when we are growing and becoming a very consolidated multinational in the FMCG Food industry, with many strong brands.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field
- At least three (3) years of experience in HR generalist roles, with exposure to training and Learning & Development.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various assessment techniques and evaluation methods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple HR tasks while maintaining a people-first approach.
- A can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with digital recruitment tools including social media, resume databases and professional networks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, labour laws, and best practices.
