We are looking for a results-driven E-Commerce & Social Media Associate to set up and manage our online business through social media platforms. The ideal candidate will oversee everything from platform setup to daily management, marketing, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Setup & Management

  • Set up and optimize e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, or others as required).
  • Develop product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory management systems.
  • Implement secure payment gateways and seamless checkout experiences.
  • Establish efficient shipping and fulfilment processes.

Social Media Strategy & Content Management

  • Develop and execute a compelling social media strategy to promote products and drive sales.
  • Manage daily posting and audience engagement across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Create high-quality content (images, videos, reels, and infographics) to boost brand awareness.
  • Run and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to maximize reach.

Customer Service & Engagement

  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via social media, email, and chat.
  • Build strong customer relationships to improve brand loyalty and retention.
  • Monitor reviews and maintain a positive brand image through professional responses.

Marketing & Growth Strategies

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, email marketing, and influencer partnerships.
  • Identify and collaborate with social media influencers to enhance brand visibility.
  • Track and analyze social media and website performance using analytics tools.

Sales & Revenue Optimization

  • Monitor and improve conversion rates and overall sales performance.
  • Implement upselling, cross-selling, and promotional strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Stay up to date with e-commerce trends and digital marketing best practices.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Provide regular reports on sales, social media engagement, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Make data-driven recommendations to improve performance and ROI.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in social media-driven businesses.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and advertising.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Canva, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and brand representation.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of business growth.
