Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Accra. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling Ascend Lifesciences Ltd products to potential customers, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Ascend Lifesciences’ pharmaceutical products to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and distributors.
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions for medical professionals.
- Achieve sales targets and market share growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
