We're seeking an experienced Patrol Supervisor to join our team at G4S, a leading security company. As a Patrol Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing patrol operations, ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises, and leading a team of security guards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate patrol operations, ensuring effective security coverage.
- Lead and manage a team of security guards, providing guidance and support.
- Conduct regular patrols, monitoring security systems and responding to incidents.
- Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

Requirements:
- Valid rider's license (motorcycle).
- Minimum riding experience - 2 years
- Proven security experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with security protocols and procedures.
