Job Responsibilities

  • Consulting with other managers in the provision of HR support and guidance
  • Resolution of complex employee-related issues and grievances
  • Foster a positive work culture which promotes employee engagement and teamwork
  • Conduct investigations related to workplace issues and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Managing and maintaining HR information systems (HRIS) and other relevant technology
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws
  • Enforcement of HR policies and procedures in alignment with the goal of the business
  • Implementation of a performance appraisal system and ensuring timely evaluation
  • Ensure effective filing of employee records both manually and electronically
  • Preparing employee-related letters and documents accurately following standard procedure

Competency/Skills

  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a security or law enforcement Organisation
  • Excellent communication (Written and verbal)
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Meticulous

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management
