WHAT WOULD YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE:
We are seeking a results-driven First Aid Instructor:
- To deliver high-quality first aid training programs to our clients, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to respond to pre-hospital medical emergencies
- Deliver first aid training programs to clients
- Develop and maintain training materials and resources
- Conduct training needs assessments and evaluations
- Provide guidance and support to clients on first aid related matters
- Collaborate with other trainers and staff to ensure consistency and quality of training programs
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS
Required Work Experience
- Certified First Aid Instructor
- Health & Safety qualification
- 3 - 5 years' proven experience in delivering first aid training programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management and organizational skills
Required Qualification
- Relevant Degree or Diploma
