PIS Properties is a real estate development agency located in ARS Junction Dawhenya opposite Prampram Land Secretariat, Tema Community 25. They offer services in property management, house rentals and sales, land sales, and apartment rentals. PIS Properties prioritizes customer satisfaction and value for money in providing housing solutions for their clients.
Role Description
This is a contract Real Estate Salesperson role based in Dawhenya. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for sales of properties, managing client relationships, conducting property viewings, and closing deals. This role requires on-site presence.

Qualifications
- Customer Service and Sales skills
- Real Estate License and Knowledge of Real Property
- Experience in real estate sales
- Ability to negotiate and close deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
