We are seeking an accomplished and proactive International Regional Sales Manager to lead our minimally invasive surgery product portfolio across multiple regions. This portfolio includes rigid endoscopy, reusable and disposable instruments, and energy platforms with ultrasonic scalpels and surgical staplers. The Sales Manager will be responsible for strategic sales management, distributor channel development, market strategy execution, and achieving revenue targets.
This role will also focus on optimizing distributor networks and fostering cross-functional collaboration to maximize business growth and market presence.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of sales management experience in the medical device or minimally invasive surgery sector, with a proven track record in regional sales leadership and distributor management.
Skills
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing multi-country sales regions and distributor networks.
- Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Ability to analyze market trends, make data-driven decisions, and develop actionable strategies.
Effective Communication Skills With Experience In Cross-functional Collaboration.
