Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Production, Digital at Media General in Accra. The role involves overseeing daily production planning, management, operations, team management, and budgeting activities.

Qualifications
- Production Planning and Production Management skills
- Operations Management and Team Management expertise
- Budgeting capability
- Minimum 3 years of previous work experience
- Proven experience in leading production teams
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of digital media production techniques
- Degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or related field
