Role Description
This is a volunteer role at Yen Africa, located in Accra with some flexibility for remote work. The Volunteer will be responsible for various tasks aimed at empowering young individuals, including organizing events, workshops, and programs, assisting with social media campaigns, and supporting community outreach initiatives.

Qualifications
- Event Planning, Workshop Facilitation, and Program Organization skills
- Social Media Management and Campaign Development skills
- Community Outreach and Engagement skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Passion for youth empowerment and community development
- Previous experience in volunteering or community service is a plus
- Understanding of youth development principles is beneficial
