Role purpose:
To create value on Telecel Ghana’s mobile voice services, drive mobile revenue, grow customers (acquisition, upsell, retention) and drive usage.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
- Achieve Subscriber and Revenue targets for Mobile voice and implement strategies to achieve the targets
- Work closely with the product and services team to derive maximum value along the product life cycle
- Identifying market trends, Evaluation, and selection of products for future roadmap
- Drive major voice KPIs (Customer, usage, revenue)
- Grow voice Penetration to desirable levels according to business objectives
- Coordinate business activities on National roaming to drive maximum revenue impact
- Generate regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to monitor KPIs performance and offer insights for decision-making
- Conduct in-depth and complex analysis to understand customer behaviour along the product life cycle
- Monitor products' pre- and post-launch performance about generated revenue and customer satisfaction.
