Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track customer interactions and enhance engagement.
  • Analyze customer data to develop insights that improve sales performance and customer retention.
  • Design and implement CRM strategies to optimize customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns and personalized communication.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven recommendations.

 

 

Qualifications

  • A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience in CRM management, customer service, or sales analytics.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive customer engagement initiatives.
