Position Summary
As a growing organization, AGROPAL is seeking talents to complement its existing team with its mission of empowering every actor in the agricultural value chain. Therefore, AGROPAL is seeking to hire an Investments and Partnership Manager to work with its Business Development and Finance Departments.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop the company’s fundraising strategy.
- Identify and engage impact-oriented funds or financiers in and out (mainly in Europe and the United States) of Ghana to fund the company’s initiatives.
- Facilitate strategic financing partnerships aimed at establishing AGROPAL’s outgrower and commercial farming schemes.
- Develop winning proposals/business plans in collaboration with relevant departments of the company for varied projects/initiatives of the company
- Revise and refine proposals/business based on internal and external review feedback.
- Engage, harmonize, and integrate the contributions of team members and external stakeholders to develop viable projects relevant for the company’s value chain and operations.
- Develop/adapt and improve on tools for fundraising activities.
- Any other related duties assigned by your supervisors.

Required Skills or Experience
Qualification and Experience
- Master’s degree or higher degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
- At least seven (7) years of professional or sector/industry experience.
- At least 7 years’ experience in a similar role including senior or managerial level.
- Strong knowledge of impact investors and donor landscapes.
- Verifiable experience in working with or supporting agribusinesses or medium-sized enterprises is an added advantage.
- Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges in fundraising activities.
- A team player with a solutions-oriented mindset able to collaborate effectively with varying team members.
- Excellent skills in financial modelling using varied tools including Microsoft Excel.
- Strong adaptability and ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Excellent research and writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications.
- Ability to mentor and train teams in fundraising and partnership activities.
- Fluency in English – excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Applicants must be living around the factory location or be willing to relocate to Akuse (Eastern Region).
