Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Laundry Clerk located in Accra. The Laundry Clerk will be responsible for handling laundry services, and communication with customers.
A Laundry Administrative Assistant with a focus on marketing will handle clerical and organizational tasks while supporting promotional efforts to grow the business.

Their responsibilities include:
- Managing customer inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups.
- Maintaining records of orders, payments, and customer feedback.
- Assisting with social media management, creating posts, and responding to messages.
- Coordinating marketing campaigns, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Organizing schedules for pickups, deliveries, and cleaning services.
- Tracking inventory for laundry supplies and preparing reports.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and basic marketing knowledge are essential for this role.
