Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Mechanic role located in Accra. The Mechanic will be responsible for maintenance, preventive maintenance, maintenance and repair of heavy equipment, and troubleshooting various mechanical issues on vehicles.
- Fault Diagnostics: Accurately diagnose mechanical faults in new energy vehicles and formulate repair plans
- Repair Implementation: Perform disassembly, repair, replacement, and debugging of mechanical components according to the repair plan
- Quality Inspection: Ensure repair quality and conduct necessary test to restore vehicle performance.
- Tool and Equipment Maintenance: Regularly maintain and service repair tools and equipment to ensure their proper functioning
- Technical Learning: Continuously learn new repair technologies for new energy vehicles to enhance personal skill levels.
- Safe Operations: Strictly adhere to safety operating procedures to ensure safety during repairs

Qualifications
- Maintenance and Repair skills
- Preventive Maintenance skills
- Proven experience as a mechanic, preferably with certifications (e.g., ASE, IMI, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and diagnostic procedures.
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and repair equipment effectively.
- Troubleshooting skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional certification in automotive mechanics or related field
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
