Description Of Job
- Supervise and participate in the preparation of Ghanaian and Continental food
- Oversee and assist the kitchen staff in all aspects of food production
- Evaluate food products to ensure consistent quality standards
- Establish and maintain a regular maintenance schedule for all kitchen areas and equipment
- Overseeing stock rotation and making sure the kitchen is always well-stocked
- Being aware of procedures for cleanliness and storage
- Ensure statutory health and safety standards are in place in the kitchen and dining areas
- Coming up with a new concept for the menu
Qualification Required & Experience
- 2+ years’ of culinary or kitchen experience
- Must be creative, innovative and have great communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
