CRCC Harbour is a large Chinese infrastructure construction company registered in Jamestown, Accra. The company’s main business includes port engineering, channel dredging, coastal engineering, road and bridge engineering and building construction. The company is recruiting a Legal Administrative Assistant to expand its market and ensure compliance.
Qualification Required & Experience
- Assist senior leaders in handling legal affairs for country-specific operations
- Help establish regulations and policies for country-specific companies
- Identify legal risks in company operations and provide rectification suggestions
- Participate in drafting and reviewing various contracts and legal documents to ensure compliance. Assist in handling legal issues related to intellectual property, labour disputes, unions and other administrative matters
- Complete other legal and administrative tasks assigned by senior leadership
