This is a fulltime onsite role located in Techiman for an Admin Manager at Ghana Nuts Company Limited, in the business of Agroprocessing and packaging.
The Administrative Manager will oversee the day-to-day administrative operations, manage office staff, coordinate office activities, and ensure efficient administrative processes.
Qualifications
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Experience in executive and general office management and administration
- Excellent knowledge in business negotiation and contract development
- knowledge & experience in public & relations
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- ?People and information management skills
- Knowledge of administrative processes and procedures
- ?Good level of knowledge and experience in CSR management
- ?Knowledge in events coordination and protocol arrangements including travel and accommodation service
- ?Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Bilingual, preferably ( French & German)
- Must be ready to relocate to Job location.
- ?Must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role or position
