We are now seeking an AV /UC Systems Engineer to join their team in Accra, Ghana
The AV Systems Engineer plays a critical role in the successful delivery of audio-visual projects by providing technical expertise and engineering support throughout the project lifecycle. This includes the design, configuration, and implementation of AV & UC systems, as well as providing technical guidance during installation and commissioning. The AV & UC Systems Engineer works closely with project managers, clients, and installation teams to ensure that all AV solutions meet client requirements, are delivered on time, and adhere to industry standards.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven business writing skills
- Proficient with test and calibration equipment
- Support user acceptance testing
- Understand basic IP networking
- Ability to diagnose complex system problems
- Advanced computer skills as required for the design, configuration, and operation of AV equipment
- Ability to work and think independently and ensuring to meet deadlines
- Effective communication and interaction with partners, clients and colleagues
Nice-To-Haves:
- HND/Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related field preferred
- Minimum two years of AV experience is preferred
- Experience with Enterprise VC solutions (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, HP Poly, Cisco Telepresence etc.) both hardware and software
