Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Skilled Sales and Marketing Executive located in Kumasi or Accra. The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for
- planning sales strategies,
- follow up on CRM leads,
- communication,
- sales, marketing, and business development to drive business growth and brand visibility.
- Local and abroad networking, Public relations, and company representation
- Any residential segments of property markets
Qualifications
- Market Planning and Market Research skills
- Communication and Sales skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Goal-orientated, Committed, Team leadership and sharing,
- Independent Decision maker, self-confidence, work by methods
- Resilience, self-motivating, Persistent to Follow-up
- High sense of responsibility and sensibility to the detail
- Innovation and Creativity
- Availability to travel in the country and beyond
- Versatility and flexibility for complementary actions
