Role Purpose
As a Senior Sales and Marketing Officer, you will support the Sales and Marketing Manager in driving corporate sales efforts and executing marketing strategies for Equity Health Insurance. The role focuses on building and managing client relationships, contributing to the achievement of sales targets, and supporting the development and implementation of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Corporate Sales Execution
- Assist in implementing sales strategies targeting corporate clients in line with company objectives.
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the corporate sector.
- Manage and grow relationships with assigned corporate clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Support the negotiation and preparation of contracts and agreements with clients.
- Ensure timely resolution of client inquiries and concerns to maintain strong partnerships.
Sales Targets and Performance Monitoring
- Support the Sales and Marketing Manager in achieving corporate sales targets.
- Track individual and team performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and updates for the Sales and Marketing Manager.
Marketing Collaboration
- Work with the marketing team to coordinate corporate sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials and strategies based on client feedback.
- Ensure alignment between sales initiatives and broader marketing goals.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis
- Conduct basic market research to identify industry trends and client preferences.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to improve the company’s competitive position.
Reporting and Analysis
- Assist in preparing reports on sales performance, market opportunities, and client feedback for management review.
- Use data to suggest enhancements to sales and marketing strategies.
Team Support and Development
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales and marketing team members.
- Participate in training sessions to improve team skills and knowledge.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the health insurance or corporate sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Reporting Line
- The Senior Sales and Marketing Officer reports directly to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
