CrossBoundary is recruiting a full-time Finance and Operations Officer who will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of an agriculture development program in Ghana. This role requires an experienced professional, as this person will be tasked with not only managing but creating and developing best practices from the ground up.
The Finance and Operations Officer will be responsible for reporting to international stakeholders, evaluating and managing risk, ensuring compliance with regulations, and more. The Finance and Operations Officer will work directly with the investment team and partner banks in Accra, as well as CrossBoundary’s global finance team, to dynamically manage their finance function for the program.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of experience in financial management, reporting, and analysis
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial reporting software
- Knowledge of agriculture finance and rural development is preferred but not required
