Role Overview:
As a Leatherworks Facilitator, you will guide trainees in mastering the art of leather craftsmanship, sharing your expertise to inspire the next generation of skilled artisans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead hands-on training sessions in leather crafting, focusing on quality and creativity.
- Teach techniques for making leather products such as bags, belts, footwear, and other accessories.
- Develop training materials and lesson plans tailored to various skill levels.
- Evaluate and provide constructive feedback to trainees to ensure progress.
- Ensure safety and maintenance of tools, equipment, and the workshop environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and integrate new techniques into the curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for trainees.

- Prior experience in training or facilitation is a plus.
