About the role
As our Marketing Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of establishing our clinic’s communications platforms and executing all launch and post-launch marketing activities. This is a unique opportunity to join at the ground level, driving our digital and in-person outreach efforts to ensure a successful launch and sustained growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Communications Setup: Develop and manage the clinic’s digital platforms, including website and social media accounts.
- Digital Marketing: Plan and execute online campaigns to build awareness and engage with target audiences.
- Direct Marketing: Design and implement community-based strategies to connect with potential clients.
- In-Person Marketing Activities:
- Organize and manage launch events and other community engagement activities.
- Conduct in-person visits to potential clients, corporate partners, and local organizations to build relationships and promote the clinic’s services.
- Reporting: Track marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports to inform strategy adjustments.
Qualification Required & Experience
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong skills in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
- Excellent organizational and event management abilities.
- Creativity, self-motivation, and a hands-on approach.
- Flexibility to work 4 hours daily (part-time) and occasional weekends.
- Based in Accra with the ability to work both remotely and in person.
