We are looking to hire professional Sales Representatives to provide excellent customer service and meet sales objectives of our business.The sales representative will understand the sales process and excel at generating leads and building relationships. The ideal candidates will be quick learners and have the ability to showcase our offerings compellingly, often tasked with giving presentations, the sales representatives must be both personable and professional.

As a Sales Representative, you will identify customer needs and present them with viable solutions. You will also answer any questions they may have about the products and services we offer. You should have thorough product knowledge and excellent communication skills to be successful in this role. You should have amazing customer service skills—a desire to readily resolve potential customer complaints and a positive attitude.

OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE

  • Represent the company’s products and services, using consumer research as well as deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of customers
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics
  • Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers
  • Develop and implement territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field

Required Skills or Experience

QUALIFICATION

  • Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Five (5) years or more work experience as Sales Representative is required

SKILLS

  • Proven work experience as Sales Representative role
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Excellent communication interpersonal skills and capable of building trusting relationships
  • Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, and current sales trends.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Strong customer service and sales skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
