About us
Accra Kids League is a youth football initiative offering boys under 11 the chance to compete in a fun, structured league. Through teamwork, leadership, and community-building, we inspire the next generation of champions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead outreach marketing activities by visiting schools, hospitals, community centers, and public spaces in Accra to promote the league.
- Distribute flyers and promotional materials to parents and guardians.
- Engage parents in friendly and informative conversations, explaining the league’s benefits and registration process.
- Answer questions from potential participants and provide clear, accurate information.
- Represent the Accra Kids League with enthusiasm and professionalism to leave a lasting impression.
- Identify strategic hotspots and community hubs for marketing and ensure the league is well-promoted in those areas.
- Collect contact information from interested parents for follow-ups and registration tracking.
- Provide daily reports on outreach marketing activities, including locations visited, number of interactions, and feedback received.

Qualifications and skills
- Outgoing and friendly personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confidence in engaging and starting conversations with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of local languages is a bonus).
- Passion for marketing, community engagement, youth development, or sports.
- Reliable and organized, with the ability to manage time and resources effectively.
- Previous experience in outreach marketing, promotions, or customer service is an advantage but not required.
