Groupe Sebastien is a management company for several brands comprising restaurants, outdoor catering services, and school catering. The Sandbox Beach Club, one of the restaurants managed by Groupe Sebastien, is a state-of-the-art beach resort with a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean. It is the first exclusive beach club destination in Ghana, pushing the boundaries of entertainment and lifestyle in Ghana.
We are looking to hire a customer-oriented individual to assist in ensuring that all floor operations run smoothly. To be successful in this role, you should exercise effective management skills. Ultimately, the ideal candidate should be able to assist the Floor Supervisor in achieving exceptional customer service and ensuring that customers have a pleasant floor experience.

Responsibilities:
The Assistant Floor Supervisors’ core duties involve will include,
- Assisting in ensuring staff comply with health and safety regulations, uphold standards of customer service, and policy.
- Assisting in providing customer service, answering customer questions, and addressing complaints.
- Assisting in ensuring all security protocols are followed for the safety of staff and customers.
- Assisting in ensuring that table settings are set, and reservations are duly noted, stations have their correct mise-en-place as well as faults and defects are reported to maintenance actioned without delay.
- Assisting in ensuring that all stocks and supplies are timeously requested, and correct stock levels are maintained stored under optimum conditions.
- Assisting in ensuring regular stocktaking of all operating equipment at specified intervals.
- Assisting in ensuring effective communication by attending meetings as required and holding staff meetings on a regular basis to impart information
Qualification Required & Experience
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in restaurant management or any management-related course from a recognized institution
- Prior experience in a supervisory position in a restaurant
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and can multitask
- Strong customer service skills

REMUNERATION
The selected candidate will be paid a monthly gross salary range of GHS 2000 – GHS 2500, with Service Charge, SSNIT Contribution payment, hospital allowance, staff lunch and other benefits.
