Job Purpose

  • To offer routine office support to Ghana Station by displaying an energetic attitude to designated tasks.

Job Outline

  • Provides a prompt and efficient mail distribution service.
  • Assist by responding to general telephone queries and filtering calls by transferring to appropriate areas.
  • Collects/delivers urgent mail/packages and assists with photocopying and filing.
  • Managing office supplies: ensure all collateral and stationery are well-stocked and readily available at all touch points (Ticket desk, Check-in & Boarding counters)
  • Assisting in all administrative tasks on a daily basis.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10 Years of schooling or equivalent
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.

Experience

  • A minimum of 1 year of Admin Experience.
