Responsibilities
- Manage the Founder’s calendar and appointments.
- Handle email correspondence and prioritize communications.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports.
- Assist with project timelines, schedules, and deliverables.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and contractors on behalf of the Founder.
- Maintain project files and ensure timely updates.
- Oversee studio inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Manage invoices, receipts, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries.
- Support the preparation of proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Ensure exceptional client service throughout the project lifecycle.

Should be proficient in
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and design/project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
